Luiz focuses on Regulatory Law and Competition Law and brings over 10 years of experience in regulatory analysis, regulatory governance and the assessment of regulatory, economic and competitive impacts. He advises companies, private associations and public agencies on the formulation, evaluation and defense of regulatory and competitive strategies. Luiz joins Bocater Advogados with the seniority of counsel.
He holds a postdoctoral degree in Regulatory Law from FGV Direito Rio, an MBA in Governance and Regulatory Control from ENAP, a doctorate in Law from UFPE and a master’s degree from UFRN.
