Melo Alves hires four new lawyers
"Melo Alves hires Joana Costa Oliveira, Inês Azevedo Camilo, Rita Reigadas and Filipa Fonseca Santos to reinforce dispute resolution, criminal and administrative litigation, compliance/internal investigations, banking & finance and the Asian Desk."
Joana Costa Oliveira joins Melo Alves from Coelho Ribeiro & Associados as an associate. She will work in criminal and administrative litigation, compliance and internal investigations, while also contributing to the Banking and Finance area.
Inês Azevedo Camilo, previously with Caiado Guerreiro, joins Melo Alves as an associate in the dispute resolution area.
Filipa Fonseca Santos comes from Miranda & Associados and joins Melo Alves as of counsel. With nearly 30 years of experience in the financial sector, she will be responsible for the development and leadership of the banking & finance practice area in Portugal and Angola. She has worked in law firms with a strong presence in Lusophone Africa, including Angola, Mozambique and Cape Verde.
Rita Reigadas joins from Andersen as a trainee lawyer on the Asian Desk.
