Studio Rock integrates Studio ICFC team led by Enrico Calabretta and Roberto Toldo

Enrico Calabretta, founder of Studio ICFC, enters Studio Rock as an equity partner and director general (COO). A dottore commercialista since 1997, registered with the Register of Statutory Auditors and qualified as a judicial administrator, Calabretta brings thirty years of experience in business development, organisation and corporate finance, as well as in extraordinary transactions and high-value advisory services. He has served on boards of directors, boards of statutory auditors and supervisory bodies of leading joint-stock companies, including entities listed on regulated markets, operating across sectors such as energy, oil & gas, fashion & luxury, sport, financial services, real estate, services and IT.
Roberto Toldo joins Studio Rock as a salary partner. He was previously a salary partner at Studio ICFC.
The broader team of 16 professionals joining from Studio ICFC contributes expertise in corporate, company and tax advisory to firms active in renewable energy, pharmaceuticals, finance, real estate and services. ICFC also has experience in extraordinary transactions aimed at launching new projects, corporate restructuring and the management of companies in crisis. Following the integration, Studio Rock will count on 75 professionals and collaborators, a number expected to grow in the coming months.
