Norton Rose Fulbright appoints Christopher Sanderson as counsel in Amsterdam
"Norton Rose Fulbright appoints Christopher Sanderson as counsel in Amsterdam to bolster its capital markets practice; he will work on international debt capital markets and related transactions."
Christopher is an English law‑qualified international debt capital markets lawyer with extensive experience advising on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions. His practice spans bond issuances, medium‑term note programmes, commercial paper, regulatory capital and liability management exercises. He has advised on capital funding programmes for large European banks, including in relation to regulatory capital and ESG bonds, and has significant experience advising supranationals and large corporates on debt capital markets transactions. Christopher also specialises in advising corporate trustees, agents and other service providers on their roles across a wide range of debt capital markets and banking transactions, including securitisations, repackagings, secured lending and crypto‑linked ETPs.
Before joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Christopher worked at Linklaters in London and Amsterdam. He holds a degree in History from the University of Oxford and a degree in Law from the University of Law in the UK.
