Lavelle Partners appoints Denise Dockery as Property Partner

Dockery brings more than two decades of conveyancing experience and will work across commercial and residential real estate. She advises on all aspects of the acquisition, sale and leasing of commercial and residential property and acts for a wide range of clients including foreign multinationals, state bodies, developers, lenders, investors and owner-occupiers. Entering Lavelle Partners at partner level, she strengthens the firm’s capability on high-value, complex property transactions across multiple sectors.
Her practice includes work on the acquisition and disposal of office headquarters, retail portfolios, public houses, industrial and logistics assets and residential developments. She also has significant experience in the financing of primary healthcare centres, hotels and renewable energy projects, including wind farms. In addition, Dockery regularly advises on landlord and tenant matters such as lease agreements, surrenders and break options.
