Vinicius Buenno Panacho has more than twenty years of experience, having worked in law firms and multinational companies in Brazil and Europe. He specialises in tax law, advising domestic and foreign clients on tax matters including the taxation of international operations and transactions, acquisitions and corporate structuring. He also acts in judicial and administrative disputes involving direct and indirect taxes. He holds a law degree from PUC-SP and postgraduate degrees in Tax Law from IBET-SP and in Civil Procedure from PUC-SP. He joins Failla, Lima e Riva as a partner from Panacho Raymundo Advogados.
Gabriel Campos Raymundo has nearly twenty years of professional experience, with a career fully dedicated to Tax Law developed in specialised firms. He acts in judicial and administrative litigation involving federal, state and municipal taxes, both in strategic cases and in recurring corporate matters, and provides advisory services to companies and individuals. He holds a law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, a postgraduate degree in Tax Law from IBET-SP and an MBA in Tax Management from FIPECAFI. He joins Failla, Lima e Riva as a partner from Panacho Raymundo Advogados.
