Mahmoud joins Quinn Emanuel from the Dubai office of UAE firm Hadef & Partners, where he was a partner in the international dispute resolution practice. At Hadef he led the healthcare and life sciences sector and co-led the restructuring and insolvency team.
His practice focuses on restructuring and bankruptcy, corporate fraud investigations and asset tracing for multinational corporations and high net worth individuals, and on general civil and commercial litigation.
