The newly created China Desk in France will support Chinese companies and investors at every stage of their projects in France and Europe, from establishment strategy to operational implementation of investments and commercial development. The desk draws on the firm’s cross-disciplinary expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, employment law and international mobility, taxation, intellectual property, technology, restructuring and litigation, and will coordinate multi-jurisdictional matters across Taylor Wessing’s network, which includes offices in Beijing and Shanghai and a forthcoming office in Shenzhen.
