Dechert LLP appoints private equity and infrastructure lawyer Jarlath Pratt as partner in London

Mr. Pratt brings more than 20 years of experience in both private practice and in-house roles. He has served as Managing Director and Assistant General Counsel at a leading global institutional investor and specialises in private equity, infrastructure and M&A. He joins Dechert as a partner, moving from his prior in-house senior roles where he held the titles of Managing Director and Assistant General Counsel. Mr. Pratt is widely recognised in the private equity and infrastructure sectors and has been listed in Legal 500’s ‘GC Powerlist’, Legal Business’ ‘The Private Equity Elite’, The Lawyer’s ‘Hot 100’ and The M&A Advisor’s ‘EMEA Emerging Leaders Awards’.
