Bright joined Geldards almost a decade ago, beginning his career at the firm as a trainee solicitor. He specialises in commercial property and manages a wide portfolio of non-contentious matters, including acquisitions and disposals, development transactions, secured lending and landlord and tenant issues. He has a particular interest in commercial property development and acts for high-profile clients across the private, public and charitable sectors, handling major acquisitions and disposals as well as high-value and strategically important transactions.
Geldards’ Commercial Property team holds a Band 1 ranking in the Chambers & Partners directory. Henry has been recognised as an ‘Associate to Watch’ by Chambers for his commercial awareness in advising on the strategic expansion of property portfolios and is ranked as a ‘Leading Associate’ in the Legal 500.
