Rapetti Castiglione, formerly with Deloitte Legal and previously with BonelliErede, has assisted Italian and foreign clients on domestic and cross-border transactions. He has developed significant expertise in the insurtech/fintech, IT and TMT sectors. He has also built notable experience in corporate advisory, governance and corporate litigation, including support to supervisory authorities.
