Eubelius appoints Eva Milants as counsel in Corporate Real Estate

Milants completed studies in economics, law and business administration and joined Eubelius in the Duties and Taxation practice. She has been part of the Corporate Real Estate team since 2016 and regards this promotion primarily as recognition of a role she has long fulfilled both substantively and organisationally. The team has grown from a small core when she started to a full-service real estate practice of about a dozen colleagues who oversee the entire real estate chain.
Milants specialises in transactional real estate, particularly from the perspectives of corporate law and financial law. She emphasises her strength in matters that require assembling many puzzle pieces and maintaining an overarching view. In addition to her substantive work, she takes responsibility for clients, co-manages the team with the team partner, contributes organisationally and acts as a sparring partner, while maintaining close internal collaboration and long-term client relationships.
