Sarah Fregon joins Dentons as Partner in national Dispute Resolution team

Based in Melbourne, Fregon is a litigator with more than 25 years’ experience. She brings deep expertise in commercial disputes, major torts, corporate crime, and regulatory investigations and enforcement matters, advising public, private and institutional clients across sectors including financial services, consumer goods, industry bodies and professional services. She will join Dentons at Partner level in the national Dispute Resolution practice.
Fregon has been recognised by Doyle’s Guide as one of Australia’s leading corporate crime and regulatory investigations lawyers. Her prior roles include service as a barrister, senior executive — including CEO of the Victorian Bar — and general counsel in national and multinational organisations, from which she contributes strategic insight and technical expertise to Dentons’ dispute resolution capability.
