Advant Nctm strengthens Debt Capital Markets with Federico Morelli, Martina Baldi, Federica Alici Biondi and Gaetano Petroni

Federico Morelli joins Advant Nctm as a partner in the Debt Capital Markets (DCM) area. He comes from Crccd and has consolidated experience assisting on debt and equity capital markets transactions, both domestic and international, as well as on issuances of subordinated instruments. His arrival expands the firm’s capabilities in private debt, corporate bonds, equity capital markets and structured finance.
Martina Baldi joins Advant Nctm as a managing associate to support the development of the DCM practice. The announcement does not specify her prior firm or previous seniority.
