Norton Rose Fulbright strengthens global banking and finance practice with partner Kathrin Marchant
"Kathrin Marchant joins Norton Rose Fulbright in Frankfurt as a partner, joining its global banking and finance team to work on ECA-covered and debt finance, agency and export financing, with a focus on emerging markets."
Kathrin is dual-qualified in Germany and in England & Wales and brings extensive experience advising national and international clients on complex debt finance transactions. Her work focuses particularly on emerging markets, ECA-covered finance and commercial lender projects, and she will join Norton Rose Fulbright’s banking and finance team as a partner in Frankfurt.
Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Kathrin Marchant was a partner at Baker McKenzie. In the field of ECA financing she is widely regarded as one of the leading lawyers in Germany, as noted in the latest edition of Legal 500 Deutschland.
