Ontier strengthens Employment Law team by appointing Jaime Yélamos as partner

Jaime Yélamos Bermúdez-Coronel joins Ontier from Andersen, where he served as director of the employment law department. He holds a degree in Law and Political Science and Administration and has a proven track record in business advice, with extensive experience in collective bargaining, collective disputes, redundancy procedures, workplace accidents and social security. Throughout his career he has headed Labour Law departments in various law firms and has been active in academia as a lecturer at the Instituto de Estudios Cajasol, teaching on the Master’s Degree in Business Legal Advice.
Yélamos joins Ontier accompanied by a team comprising Fernando Yélamos and Rafael Valseca López. The team is described as having extensive experience in employment law and will contribute to Ontier’s capacity to offer comprehensive employment advice tailored to companies’ needs.
The new team will join the employment practice nationally led by partner José María Fernández Mota, which already includes Eduardo González Biedma.
