Clyde & Co appoints Marisol de Bedoya as human resources advisor

She transits from Dentons. At Clyde & Co she will be responsible for structuring and professionalising human resources processes, applying a holistic view of the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to professional development, performance evaluation and exit processes.
A key pillar of her role will be the selection and attraction of professionals: she will lead recruitment processes for both legal profiles and business services areas, enabling the firm to anticipate its needs and ensure the incorporation of strategic profiles aligned with Clyde & Co’s culture and objectives.
De Bedoya will also drive the firm’s institutional relationships with universities and training centres, drawing on her experience in the design and coordination of graduate recruitment and internship programmes to strengthen early talent identification, consolidate a pipeline of specialised professionals and foster a culture of continuous learning.
