Magnusson Law strengthens Real Estate & Infrastructure team with partners Natalie Bretz and Ludwig Mild

Natalie Bretz joins Magnusson Law as a partner and will work broadly within the real estate sector, advising on commercial real estate transactions, construction projects and property development. She has extensive experience in forward funding, sale and leaseback transactions, complex joint-venture projects, and construction and infrastructure projects that include both Swedish and international elements. Natalie and Ludwig share a common background from another law firm.
Ludwig Mild joins the firm as a partner specialising in commercial real estate law and transactions. He has substantial experience in share transfer agreements, shareholders’ agreements and corporate law matters, including issues relating to dividends, mergers, reductions of share capital and restrictions on financial assistance. Ludwig and Natalie share a common background from another law firm.
The firm said the appointments will further strengthen Magnusson’s position in real estate transactions, project development and construction and infrastructure projects.
