Franco Leutewiler Henriques Advogados appoints José Eduardo Marretti as partner in M&A and Private Equity
"José Eduardo Marretti joins Franco Leutewiler Henriques Advogados (FLH) as partner in the M&A and private equity practice."
Marretti brings a long-standing career in the M&A and private equity sectors. He was a partner at Lobo de Rizzo Advogados for more than 15 years and has also worked at the Chilean law firm Morales & Besa. He is joining FLH at partner level, having previously served as a partner at Lobo de Rizzo.
His integration into FLH is aligned with the firm’s strategic growth plan and with the strengthening of a practice already led by partners Vitor Henriques and Gabriela Sella. Marretti holds an LL.M. from University College London (UCL) and a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo.
