Xavier Frías is promoted to partner in Osborne Clarke’s commercial and compliance team in Spain. He has spent his entire professional career at the firm, which he joined in 2008, and his work has a particular focus on the pharmaceutical and retail sectors. Frías specialises in commercial contracting and compliance and advises national and international clients on the drafting, review and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts, including distribution and agency, supply and manufacturing, licensing and technology transfers, and services agreements.
