GA-Alliance expands industrial and IP practice with Giovanni F. Casucci and team

Giovanni F. Casucci brings thirty years of experience in the protection of intellectual property and in Patent & Trade Secrets Litigation. He arrives from EY, where he worked for the past four and a half years. Previously, Casucci served as a partner at Dentons and Bardehle Pagenberg and was head of Italian IP at Clifford Chance. He is Co-Director of the European Patent Litigation Certificate course at the Politecnico di Milano and has been a member of the external faculty of GSOM since 2001. Casucci also holds leadership and advisory roles in the profession: he is Vice‑President of LES Italia and of the Camera degli Avvocati Industrialisti, a member of the Advisory Committee of EPLAW, and, as of 1 January 2026, was appointed as an Arbitrator on the list of Neutrals at the Patent Mediation and Arbitration Center of the Unified Patent Court.
At his side, Gianluigi Muscas and Matteo Casucci have managed notable dossiers and transactions for global and iconic brands including Thun, Danieli, Arco‑Flos, Occlutech, Diesel and Supreme. Serena Spadavecchia, Alice Niccoli and Giulia Spata form part of the team accompanying Casucci to GA-Alliance.
