Already a salary partner, Nicole Monte joins the partnership after a professional progression that saw her take part in the firm’s development since its foundation. She has stood out for her contributions to numerous mandates with a particular focus on privacy, cybersecurity and computer crimes, and for assisting creators, influencers and digital platforms in navigating a complex and rapidly evolving regulatory environment. The appointment is part of 42 Law Firm’s strategy of consolidation and growth, confirming the firm’s focus on enhancing internal expertise and addressing emerging, high-potential markets such as the creator economy and the digital economy.
Nicole Monte is a lawyer specialized in new technologies law, with particular focus on privacy, cybersecurity and computer crimes. Her expertise extends to advising the creator economy and influencer marketing sectors, where she assists brands, talent, platforms and agencies on complex projects that integrate digital contracting, online reputation protection and advertising compliance. A graduate of Bocconi University, she has solid experience in white-collar crime matters, privacy consultancy and DPO activities, and has been involved in legal tech and legal design projects. She is an adjunct professor for the Law & Technology course at Politecnico di Torino and is co-founder and vice president of Permesso Negato, an association dedicated to protecting victims of hate attacks and non-consensual content.
