BM&A welcomes ten new professionals from MDA Studio Legale e Tributario

Alessio Vianello joins BM&A as an equity partner and as the new coordinator of the Commercial and Corporate Law department, arriving with his team. Vianello was previously managing partner at MDA Studio Legale e Tributario.
Domenico Giuri, Aldo Veglianiti and Francesco Iaderosa enter BM&A as partners. They come from MDA Studio Legale e Tributario and will contribute to BM&A’s departments of Commercial and Corporate Law and of Corporate Criminal, Workplace Safety and Environmental Law.
Six additional professionals from MDA Studio Legale e Tributario have also joined BM&A to strengthen the firm’s Commercial and Corporate and Corporate Criminal, Workplace Safety and Environmental teams.
Separately, Federica Bardini, who trained within BM&A, has been appointed partner responsible for the Tax and Customs Department.
Following this integration, BM&A is represented by seven equity partners (Bruno Barel, Vincenzo Pellegrini as managing partner, Diego Signor, Marco Zanon, Emilio Caucci, Stefania Stefan and Alessio Vianello) together with four new partners. The firm reports a total of 75 lawyers and staff, including 40 experienced attorneys, across offices in Treviso, San Fior, Venice, Verona and Milan, and says the reinforcement further enhances its capabilities in M&A and extraordinary transactions, restructuring and corporate crisis, corporate and commercial litigation, corporate finance and foreign trade, as well as in Tax Law, Corporate Criminal Law, workplace safety and environmental matters, corporate liability and Model 231, corporate compliance and privacy. BM&A states the move confirms its position as the largest legal practice in the North-East by size and interdisciplinarity, serving businesses, professionals and public administrations.
