Marcos dos Reis Fonseca is promoted to the role of managing partner. He has more than 15 years of experience in labor law and joined CGV in 2015. At the firm he served as coordinating partner and led Labor Operations Management (Legal Ops) across all units, concentrating on efficiency, indicator control and the continuous improvement of service delivery. His practice combines solid technical experience in high-volume labor litigation with a strategic management vision developed from the integration of legal, operational and technological areas.
