De Vicente, who joined the firm in 2016 and has developed his entire professional career within Pavia e Ansaldo, is promoted to partner with a strongly transactional practice. He has built solid experience advising Italian and international companies and investment funds, with a particular focus on cross-border M&A transactions—especially between Spain and Italy—as well as international corporate and real estate matters.
Born in Águilas (Murcia) in 1992 and resident in Madrid, Javier de Vicente is admitted to the Madrid and Milan Bar Associations. He holds law degrees from the University of Murcia and Roma Tre University, completed a Master in Lawyering at Pompeu Fabra University, is fluent in Spanish, Italian and English, and is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
