Solving strengthens M&A practice with hires Piergiorgio Sposato, Alessandro Tognini and Luca Pietrantuono

Piergiorgio Sposato joins Solving as of counsel from Tonucci & Partners. He brings consolidated experience in M&A, private equity, corporate restructurings and commercial contracting, with a track record advising leading companies in the IT, telecommunications and consumer goods sectors, as well as businesses in logistics and the metalworking industry. Luca Pietrantuono, also arriving from Tonucci & Partners, becomes a senior associate; he has a track record assisting investors and companies in national and international M&A transactions and in corporate law.
Alessandro Tognini joins Solving as counsel. He contributes an innovative approach to M&A derived from diverse academic and professional experience, including work on distressed situations, special situations, alternative investments for funds and SPVs, alongside corporate governance and contractual matters. He has also served as head of legal for a major Italian alternative investments company.
