CMS Switzerland appoints two new partners in Geneva
"CMS Switzerland appoints Yoann Lambert and Dr Maxence Carron as partners in Geneva, effective 1 Jan 2026. Both are in the Litigation Department: Lambert in white-collar crime and civil litigation; Carron in arbitration and contract law."
Yoann Lambert is promoted to partner. He has been an integral member of CMS Switzerland's Litigation Department for many years and brings recognised expertise in white-collar crime and civil litigation.
Dr Maxence Carron is promoted to partner. He has been an integral member of CMS Switzerland's Litigation Department for many years and brings recognised expertise in arbitration and contract law.
