DWF appoints Dean Gormley as partner to lead finance and restructuring team in Manchester

Dean brings extensive experience advising lenders, borrowers and investors on complex UK and cross-border transactions. His practice covers leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate finance, asset-based lending, corporate banking and debt restructurings. He will also work closely with DWF’s Corporate Team to support its venture capital and private equity client base. He joins DWF as a partner, having spent his career at national and international law firms and most recently serving as a partner at Clyde & Co. He is recognised as a leading individual for banking and finance in the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners.
