CMS Monaco appoints Robin Svara as Partner

This internal promotion elevates Mr. Svara to the seniority of Partner. He joined the firm three years ago and brings a dual Paris–Monaco background, substantial experience advising employers and in‑depth knowledge of Monegasque labour law. The firm says his appointment is a natural progression in his career at CMS Monaco and will strengthen its ability to support companies with sensitive and complex employment law issues.
The promotion is presented as part of CMS Monaco’s broader development of its Employment Law practice in the Principality. Mr. Svara has stated his commitment to growing the team’s capabilities and consolidating the firm’s position as a go‑to adviser for employers on all employment law matters, working closely with Founding Partner Sophie Marquet and the firm’s other practice areas.
