Dentons strengthens its Paris Debt Capital Markets practice with partner Soline Louvigny

Soline Louvigny brings more than 15 years of experience in Debt Capital Markets. She advises financial institutions, insurers and corporates on a wide range of debt securities, including vanilla and structured bonds, bonds eligible for regulatory capital (CRR/Solvency II) and ESG issuances such as green, social and sustainability‑linked bonds. She regularly works on EMTN programmes, standalone issues and private placements, as well as debt repurchase transactions (liability management) and bondholders’ consultations (consent solicitations). Soline also has solid experience in regulatory matters related to debt securities, in particular benchmark and ESG regulations. She joins Dentons’ DCM team in Paris as a partner.
Alicia Ghislain joins Dentons Paris as an associate in the Banking & Finance practice.
The appointments form part of Dentons’ ongoing development of its integrated European platform and strengthen its cross‑functional Banking & Finance and capital markets offering in Paris, following recent team additions and internal promotions within the practice.
