Martin Abadi is a recognized leader in Canada’s transport and mobility sector, bringing one of the market’s most comprehensive practices. He advises domestic and international clients on regulatory, transactional and dispute resolution matters across all modes of transport, including aviation/aerospace, auto, trucking, rail and marine, and across transport applications such as commercial, industrial and defence. His practice also covers related infrastructure and emerging technologies, notably electrification and e-mobility.
Raymond Ashurov is an experienced counsel advising clients in transportation, logistics and related sectors on a range of regulatory matters.
