Qualified in both Hong Kong and England & Wales, Katherine advises a diverse range of PRC and international clients on complex commercial disputes. Her practice covers a broad spectrum of litigation and arbitration matters, including contractual and shareholder disputes, regulatory investigations, contentious insolvency, professional negligence and white collar crime. Raised in China and a native Mandarin speaker, she has extensive experience handling multi‑jurisdictional disputes and regulatory challenges across sectors such as energy, technology, mining, pharmaceuticals and distribution.
Her arrival forms part of Bird & Bird’s strategic expansion in the region, building on recent additions to its Greater China and international Dispute Resolution teams.
