Kim Neville Returns to Dorsey & Whitney LLP as Litigation Partner in Salt Lake City

Neville joins Dorsey from Franklin Covey Co., where she was Vice-President of Legal, overseeing all global legal services for the last three years. She previously practiced with Dorsey for more than a decade, during which she served on the Firm’s Policy Committee and as Co-Chair of the Commercial Litigation practice. She received her J.D. from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law.
Neville handles all aspects of litigation, including pre-litigation counseling, settlement, trial, and appeal. Her litigation work has included matters involving breach of fiduciary duty, theft of trade secrets, breach of non-competition agreements, licensing disputes, benefits determinations, false advertising, product liability, and class action allegations. She also adds recent experience as lead legal counsel for a publicly traded enterprise to complement her client-focused approach.
