Dorsey & Whitney LLP Welcomes Patent Attorney Claine Snow to Salt Lake City

Claine is a registered patent attorney with over a decade of experience serving companies in the pharmaceutical, chemical, biotech and life sciences sectors. He joins Dorsey & Whitney as Of Counsel in the firm’s Patent group. Prior to joining the firm, Claine served as Executive Counsel at Arcturus Therapeutics, an RNA medicines company based in San Diego, where he led intellectual property strategy development and portfolio management for the company’s extensive patent estate and supported its progression from preclinical stages through multiple clinical trials to its first product approval.
Claine received his J.D. from Stanford Law School, his Ph.D. in Chemistry from Brigham Young University, and his B.S. in Chemistry from Brigham Young University–Idaho. The firm noted that his scientific background will assist life science and chemical technology clients in navigating the intellectual property landscape.
