Souto Correa Advogados has promoted six lawyers to its partnership: Eduardo Mascarenhas, Erika Donin, João Gustavo Santiago, Martha Termignoni, Mariana Vicentini Taylor and Valter Tremarin Júnior.

Eduardo Mascarenhas is promoted to partner in São Paulo in the labor & employment practice. He brings recognized expertise in labor law, with experience handling high-risk disputes and advising on liability management and internal policies.

Erika Donin is promoted to partner in São Paulo covering dispute resolution, infrastructure & projects, and energy. She contributes deep knowledge of commercial contracts and infrastructure projects, a strong track record in the energy and construction sectors, and experience in high-stakes arbitration.

João Gustavo Santiago is promoted to partner in São Paulo in the Corporate and M&A practice. He has extensive experience in complex corporate transactions, strengthening the firm’s capabilities in domestic and cross-border deals, corporate governance and business structuring.

Martha Termignoni is promoted to partner in São Paulo in the Corporate and M&A practice. She brings extensive experience in complex corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border deals, corporate governance and business structuring.

Mariana Vicentini Taylor is promoted to partner in Rio de Janeiro in the intellectual property practice. Her work focuses on intellectual property contracts, trademarks, advertising, copyright and consulting, and she advises clients on data protection, privacy matters and compliance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Valter Tremarin Júnior is promoted to partner in Porto Alegre in the tax & customs practice. With the firm since its foundation, he offers solid experience in international trade taxation and customs law, advising companies on strategic issues for global operations.
