Yoann Lambert is promoted to partner from the firm’s Geneva litigation team. He joined CMS in January 2016 and is a specialist in civil and criminal litigation. His practice focuses on criminal law, white‑collar crime, administrative criminal law, media law, interim measures, consumer law, debt enforcement and bankruptcy law, and contractual litigation.
Maxence Carron is promoted to partner from the Geneva litigation department. He joined CMS in November 2018 and is experienced in litigation and arbitration, commercial and contract law, as well as construction and real estate law. During his university years he served as a parliamentary assistant at the Federal Assembly in Bern and as a research and teaching assistant to Prof. Franz Werro at the University of Fribourg, specialising in contract law and torts.
