Squire Patton Boggs elects Galileo Pozzoli to Global Board

Galileo Pozzoli has been elected a member of the Global Board. He is Managing Partner of Squire Patton Boggs’ Milan office and a partner in the International Dispute Resolution practice. Pozzoli is the first Italian and, to date, the only European representative on the firm’s Global Board. Admitted to practice in Italy and New York, he has established experience in international arbitrations and energy law in the oil & gas sector. He regularly represents national oil companies, governments and state entities in disputes concerning upstream projects and investment treaties, and has specific expertise in production sharing agreements, joint operating agreements, concessions, licences and joint ventures. Under his leadership the Milan office, opened in 2020, has been developed and integrated into the firm’s global platform.
Charles Leeming has been elected a member of the Global Board. He is based in London and specialises in Corporate/Private Equity.
Traci Martinez has been elected a member of the Global Board. She is based in Columbus and specialises in Labor & Employment.
