Stefano Marchetti joins Spada Partners as Partner in Financial Advisory

Marchetti brings 18 years of experience gained at leading international firms, including PwC and Bernoni Grant Thornton. At Bernoni Grant Thornton he served as an equity partner and contributed to the creation and development of the Transaction Advisory Services practice in Italy. He will join Spada Partners at partner level.
During his career Marchetti has advised on numerous acquisitions and disposals in Italy and abroad, supporting private equity funds, institutional investors and industrial groups across the deal lifecycle. He has led complex financial due diligence projects on both buy-side and vendor mandates, refinancing assignments, the drafting and analysis of business plans, valuations and support in defining deal structures and price adjustment mechanisms.
He has developed a solid sectoral specialization in consumer & retail, industrials, food, luxury & fashion, entertainment and services, combining strategic vision with a focus on managing transactional risks.
