Lewandowska, who is a Senior Associate, has for many years advised both landlords and tenants on the leasing of commercial space, with particular experience in the office, retail and logistics sectors. She represents clients throughout the lifecycle of lease relationships, including negotiation of new agreements and ongoing matters relating to performance, amendment and renegotiation.
In her new role as leader of commercial leases and management contracts, Ewa will provide ongoing support to clients on commercial lease agreements as well as management and operator agreements. Her remit includes advising on structuring arrangements that combine traditional leasing models with operational elements, solutions increasingly used in commercial projects and in response to evolving market conditions and investor expectations; the role also addresses the growing importance of such arrangements in the hospitality sector and as alternative and complementary solutions in the office and PRS markets.
The DWF real estate team in Poland, led by Joanna Wojnarowska, is experienced in all aspects of commercial leasing. The team advises on lease agreements, fit-out and design contracts and related arrangements, represents clients in disputes, and assists with both individual properties and complex real estate portfolio transactions.
