Clifford Chance strengthens Luxembourg funds practice with hire of Matthias Kerbusch

Kerbusch, who began his career at Clifford Chance, rejoins the firm from Dechert. He advises international and domestic clients on the formation and restructuring of Luxembourg-based investment funds, with a focus on alternative asset classes (including retail funds in private assets), and on LP due diligence work for international institutional investors.
