Clifford Chance strengthens US private capital team with partner Michal Netanyahu
"Michal Netanyahu joins Clifford Chance in New York as a private equity partner, strengthening the firm's US private capital capabilities and will work on private equity transactions and restructurings."
Netanyahu joins Clifford Chance from Freshfields. She represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on a broad range of matters, including cross-border M&A, leveraged buy-outs, investments, divestitures, joint ventures, equity financings and restructurings. She will join Clifford Chance as a private equity partner and be part of the firm’s private capital offering in the US.
The addition of Netanyahu forms part of Clifford Chance’s continued expansion of its US private capital platform and marks the fifth addition to the team in the past twelve months.
