Eric is a highly regarded restructuring lawyer with more than a decade of experience advising debtor companies, secured lenders and court-appointed officers on complex mandates under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (BIA). He joins Dentons as a partner in the firm’s Montréal team.
His practice spans a broad range of industries, including financial services, real estate, construction and manufacturing, and he is known for a pragmatic, solutions-driven approach to navigating financial distress and insolvency proceedings. He also acts for Canadian and international clients in related commercial matters, notably in the consumer products and industrial equipment sectors.
