BoyarMiller Promotes Jet A. McGuire to Senior Associate

McGuire joined BoyarMiller in January 2021 as an Associate in the Corporate M&A Group after participating in the firm’s summer associate program. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions and corporate law and works with corporate clients and entrepreneurs to achieve desired outcomes. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation and governance, conversions, restructuring, contract negotiations, complex aviation transactions and leasing arrangements, and general business matters.

He received his JD, cum laude, from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and graduated cum laude from Baylor University.
