A specialist in corporate restructuring, strategic litigation, institutional relations and sports governance, Accioly will strengthen the team led by partner Flavio Galdino and add value to the services the firm offers to various companies. He brings 30 years of experience with a focus on legal management, corporate governance and compliance, having worked in law firms, large companies, holding companies and sports entities.
Accioly has international academic experience, including teaching and authoring, and is recognised for his leadership in the legal and institutional transformation of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo between 2013 and 2019.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC‑Rio, 1992–1996), an MBA in Economic and Business Law from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation in Rio de Janeiro (FGV/RJ, 1997–1998), an LL.M. in Corporate Law from IBMEC/RJ (2009–2010) and a Global Master’s in International Sports Law from ISDE in Madrid (2019).
