Knights appoints Tracy Lake as Partner in Birmingham to strengthen Commercial team
"Knights has appointed Tracy Lake as a Partner in its Birmingham office to bolster its Commercial team; she will work on commercial contracts with a specialism in Energy & Utilities."
Tracy brings more than three decades of experience advising on complex commercial matters both in-house at FTSE 100 businesses and in private practice. She trained and qualified at Severn Trent Water Limited, where she spent 17 years, before moving to National Grid for a decade. She later joined Weightmans in 2018. She joins Knights at Partner level.
Tracy’s practice covers commercial contracts across multiple sectors including manufacturing, automotive, energy and utilities, education, transport and logistics, retail fashion and beauty, and the public sector. She has a particular speciality in Energy & Utilities, encompassing electricity, gas (including LNG), water and waste, and advises on industry contracts and regulatory matters to ensure compliance and deliver strategic solutions for clients operating in highly regulated environments.
