Xu is a Singapore-qualified disputes specialist who joins Hourani from Eversheds Sutherland. He is experienced in construction, engineering and infrastructure matters, with a particular focus on international arbitration and cross-border dispute resolution. Xu advises on contentious and non-contentious matters throughout the lifecycle of large-scale projects and works with international contractors and developers on project risk management and dispute avoidance, as well as on arbitration and court proceedings related to construction and infrastructure.
