Studio Rock strengthens private client and corporate governance with Alessandra Andretta

Andretta is a dottore commercialista and a registered statutory auditor. She arrives from a long period at Simonelli Associati. She holds a degree in Economics and Business Law from Università Bocconi in Milan and is enrolled in both the Register of Statutory Auditors and the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan.
Over the course of her career Andretta has developed significant experience in tax advice and planning for individuals, corporate consultancy, and assistance and representation in tax disputes in both contentious and pre‑contentious phases. She holds numerous corporate appointments in Boards of Statutory Auditors and Supervisory Bodies for companies operating in the financial, real estate, energy, industrial, media, large retail (GDO) and non‑profit sectors, establishing recognised expertise in corporate control and governance.
At Studio Rock Andretta will concentrate on advising private clients with a particular focus on high‑net‑worth individuals, Sport & Entertainment and expatriates. She will continue to serve in corporate roles, contributing to the development and strengthening of these strategic areas for the firm.
