DWF appoints new managing partners in Liverpool and Leeds
"DWF appoints Sarah Mir as managing partner in Liverpool (Insurance Services) and Jonathan Branton returns as managing partner in Leeds (Competition and Government & Public Sector)."
Sarah Mir is appointed managing partner of DWF’s Liverpool office. She has been with DWF for 18 years, joining in 2007 and completing her training contract in 2011. In 2022 she was promoted to partner within the firm’s Insurance Services division. Sarah succeeds Julie Simms in the Liverpool role.
Jonathan Branton returns to the role of managing partner of DWF’s Leeds office. He is a senior partner who leads the firm-wide Competition and Government & Public Sector teams, has been with DWF for more than 13 years, and previously served as Leeds Office Managing Partner between 2021 and 2023. He replaces Andrew Batterton in the Leeds role.
