Jonas Hagen has been promoted to partner within the Audit & Advisory division. An Auditor and Tax Advisor, he has worked at Baker Tilly since 2021, focusing on statutory and consolidated financial statement audits—particularly for public interest entities—as well as audit-related advisory services in Internal Audit and Due Diligence. His key industry sectors include mechanical and plant engineering, industrial and consumer goods, and media. As partner, Hagen will further advance support for public interest entities, especially in statutory and consolidated audits, at the Düsseldorf office.
Dr. Christiane Krüger, LL.M., has been promoted to partner in the firm’s tax practice. An Attorney-at-Law and Tax Advisor who joined Baker Tilly in 2020, she specializes in transaction tax law with emphasis on tax due diligence, acquisition structuring, SPA support, and corporate reorganizations in national and international contexts. She also has significant expertise in Warranty & Indemnity (W&I) advisory, acting as Underwriting Counsel for various W&I insurers and advising on Special Tax Risk Insurance. As partner, Dr. Krüger will focus on further developing W&I advisory and Special Tax Risk Insurance consulting alongside her transaction tax and structuring work.
Gero Lendzian has been promoted to partner in the tax compliance and outsourcing area. A Tax Advisor active at the Dortmund office since 2004, his work concentrates on accounting, tax compliance and outsourcing services, with a particular focus on developing, optimizing and controlling DATEV processes. In his partner role, Lendzian will drive the standardization and digitalization of DATEV-related processes across locations and act as a business enabler in Business IT for all DATEV users.
Christian Neundorf has been promoted to partner in Audit & Advisory. An Auditor and Tax Advisor with Baker Tilly since 2015, he began his career in Audit & Advisory at the Düsseldorf office after completing his degree in economics. His professional focus is auditing and advising pension institutions—particularly professional pension schemes and supplementary pension funds—and he is also involved in auditing and advising industrial companies in the automotive, engineering and heavy industry sectors. As partner, Neundorf will further develop and strategically strengthen auditing and advisory services for pension institutions.
