BCLP Strengthens Energy Transition Practice with Partner Vincent Trevisani in Paris

"BCLP hires Partner Vincent Trevisani in Paris to bolster its Energy Transition practice; he will work across renewables, storage, EV charging, networks and energy infrastructure."

Vincent Trevisani has joined international law firm BCLP as a Partner in the firm’s Energy, Environment & Infrastructure team in Paris.

Trevisani brings over 30 years of experience in corporate law, M&A and project development in the energy and infrastructure sectors. He advises developers, utilities, private equity and infrastructure funds, and industrial groups across the full lifecycle of their projects. His capabilities cover a broad range of energy transition areas, including renewables (onshore and offshore wind, solar, storage, biogas), EV charging, nuclear, gas, electricity and heating networks, energy efficiency, and infrastructure matters such as waste recovery and public transport. He joins BCLP at partner level.

He leads a transactional practice advising French clients on domestic and overseas projects and assisting foreign investors on transactions in France. Trevisani has extensive cross-border experience, notably in Latin America and the United States where he practised for several years, and regularly handles complex matters across Europe, the United States, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
